Catherine “Kitty” Snell Pugh, age 84, of Charlotte Court House, Virginia passed away, Monday, November 18, 2013. She was the daughter of the late Olney Elliott Snell and Ida Dinwiddie Hancock Snell. Catherine is survived by her children, Joanne Pugh Brown Nathan, Travis D. Pugh Fay, Gary G. Pugh Helen, Eddie G. Pugh Sherrill; two grandchildren, Sarah Catherine Pugh and Joseph “Joey” Pugh. She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Newman Pugh.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, November 21, 2013 in the Rough Creek Presbyterian Church, with interment in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Browning-Duffer Funeral Home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, November 20, 2013. The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, VA is in charge of the arrangements.
