
Doris Saville Williams, age 78, of Keysville, Virginia entered her eternal home with the Lord on December 25, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.
Doris’s greatest pride and joy were her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, whom she cherished deeply.
Doris was a dedicated employee of Walmart in Farmville for over 27 years, where she built lasting friendships and was admired for her hard work and kind spirit. In her free time, she cherished moments with her family and took pride in working in her yard, a reflection of her care and love for nature.
Doris is survived by her children: Claude Chappell (Sheri), April Chappell, and Felicia Cassada (Erik); her grandchildren: Adam (Lori), Brandon (Jessica), Samantha (David), Jessica (Travis), and Krystal; and her great-grandchildren: Brianna, Cheyanne, Logan, Levi, Mason, Elena, and Lucas. She is also survived by her brother, Archie Chappell, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Doris was preceded in death by her parents, Milton and Mary Chappell, and her sister, Mildred Pollard.
Visitation with the family will be held on Sunday, December 29th, from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. at Browning-Duffer Funeral Home, with a graveside service to follow at 2:00 p.m. at Mount Harmony United Methodist Church Cemetery in Keysville, Virginia. The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, VA is in charge of arrangements.
Her legacy of love, dedication, and kindness will forever live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
