I just want to say goodby to a good friend. Our friendship started in 1981 when he moved in next Door to me. He was a Carpet Installer for many years until his knees went out. He them transitioned into tile Installer. One of the best in Richmond, You had to be on a waiting list to get him!! He ended his career as a painter. We spent many days and night playing Card Games, he loved to win, if he lost he didn’t want to let you go home until he won!! We shared many laughs and mostly Dwight was always a good time! I loved you Dwight and I know you are in a better place! Rest in peace..❤️❤️

I enjoyed working with Dwight, he taught me a whole lot about laying carpet. He also had a lot of talent in creative ways of installing ceramic tile and designing border rugs.

My family lived in Keysville in the 50’s and early 60’s, and Dwight and I were best friends during that time. I lost contact with him after our teenage years, and am so sorry to hear of his passing. I did not realize he was gone until I saw the obituary today. Sincerest condolences to Jean, Deloris and family
