My deepest sympathy to Mrs. Guill’s husband, family and many friends. I only knew her for 10 months working my first job in the education field at Randolph-Henry High School, but in that 10 months she made such a difference in my life. She was so caring and supportive, and was there for every employee that worked with her. You knew if you needed anything, you could turn to her to help you out in any way she could. The love, support and concern she showed for me and my family in the times we needed it so badly, will never be forgotten. While she may have been in my life for only 10 months, I will remember her forever. May God give his love and strength to all who are grieving the loss of the wonderful lady.

She is among the angels now; she is higher than they are as is God’s plan. There to stay, in a perfectly lovely place; no one, not even she, can pluck her from the Father’s hand. On earth, we miss beautiful Franca. Knowing she is with the Lord Jesus gives us comfort.

God gave me the privilege of working with Franca at RHHS.Although I only knew her for a short time, our shared Italian heritage gave us a special bond. She loved working with the students and staff.Franca was a beautiful, caring individual who put family first. She spoke fondly of her husband and her loved ones in Canada and Sicily. She was so excited when she became a citizen of the United States! The world is not the same without this beautiful lady in it. My sincere sympathy to her family.

I am still speechless and that is rare for me. Mrs. Guill was there for me during my daughter’s father, and 2 grandmother’s passings all during my daughter’s junior year and then me having covid when my daughter graduated high school. Not to count the many other occasions big or small that came up while my daughter was at RHHS. Mrs. Guill was calm but in charge and she made you feel loved and cared about no matter what was going on, big or small. It is going to be so weird if I need to call the high school and don’t hear your voice! My condolences to Mrs. Guill’s family. I am so sorry for your loss. Mrs. Guill, you will be missed more than you know!!
