Arthur “Billy” H. Martin, age 79, of Charlotte Court House, VA passed away Tuesday, January 28, 2014. He is survived by his wife, Edith H. Martin; a daughter, Donna Martin-Devine and her husband, David of Creedmoor, NC; a sister in-law, Catherine J. Martin of Charlotte Court House; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, February 1, 2014 at the Browning-Duffer Funeral Home. The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
