Barbara Robinette Lee

Barbara Robinette Lee, age 72, of Keysville, VA, passed away on Tuesday, May 19, 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert D. “Whistle” Lee, Jr.; her parents, Howard R. and Annie C. Robinette. She is survived by her four children, Robert D. Lee, of Drakes Branch, VA, Sandra L. Newcomb, of Keysville, VA, John H. Lee, of Brookneal, VA, and Rodney D. Lee, of Wylliesburg, VA.; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A graveside funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, May 22, 2015, in Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery, Drakes Branch, VA. The family will receive friends at her home in Keysville, VA, on Wednesday, May 20, 2015, from 5 to 7 p.m. The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, VA, is in charge of arrangements.
