Catherine Yvonne Newcomb

Catherine Yvonne Newcomb, age 73, of Charlotte C. H., VA, passed away on Friday, September 30, 2011. She is survived by her husband, Fred B. Newcomb; two daughters, Yvette Perrin and husband Robert, Sharon Newcomb; one son, Mitchell Acre; an adopted daughter, Cynthia Dixon; a grandson, Sean Perrin; an adopted grandson, Robert Dixon; and all her friends at Priority 1 Ambulance Service.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, October 2, 2011 in the Cullen Baptist Church, with interment to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Browning-Duffer Funeral Home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Saturday, October 1, 2011. The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, VA, is in charge of the arrangements.
