Doris Lindsey Duffey

Doris L Duffey age 82, of Saxe, VA, passed away Friday, August 27, 2021.  She is survived by one daughter, Pat Nichols (Kenny) of Saxe, VA; three sons Bobby Duffey (Peggy) of Chase City, VA, David Duffey of Drakes Branch, VA, Scottie Duffey (Lisa) of Chase City, VA; one son-in-law John Palmer of Red Oak, VA; eight grandchildren, Jonathan Duffey, Steven Duffey, David Lee Duffey, Jason Duffey, Ashley Duffey, Stacy Pulliam, Daniel Nichols, Stephanie Hill; fourteen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by parents, Cecil Lindsey and Martha Lindsey; two children, Dale Duffey and Terry Palmer; one great-grandchild, Jay Duffey; two sisters and two brothers.

A graveside funeral service will be held at 3 pm Sunday, August 29, 2021, in the Duffey Family Cemetery in Saxe, Va. In lieu of flowers please consider donations to the Barksdale Cancer Foundation. The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home Keysville, VA, is in charge of the arrangements.
