Earl E. “Tinky” Dix

Earl E. “Tinky” Dix, age 85, of Keysville, VA went to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, November 7, 2024.

“Tinky” is survived by his wife of sixty-five years, Inez B. Dix; two daughters, Donna M. Dix and Susan Dix Evans; two grandsons, Christopher D. Evans and wife, Tabatha and Robert E. Dix; three great-grandchildren, Kira Evans, Rowan Evans, and Alanea Stephens.

“Tinky” was a faithful member of Union Grove Baptist Church. In his spare time, he enjoyed bowling and hunting. He also enjoyed buying, selling and trading guns and CB radio equipment.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m., Sunday, November 10, 2024, at the Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the funeral service. The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, VA is in charge of arrangements.
