Earley Dean Thompson

Earley Dean Thompson, 87, of Williamsburg, VA. passed away on Saturday, May 17, 2025. He was the son of John Robert and Georgie Mae Thompson of Keysville, VA. Earley is survived by his wife of sixty-eight years, Irma Anderson Thompson; a twin sister, Shirley Jean Thompson and sister, Joyce T. Bridges of Keysville; his daughters, Cynthia (Earl) Moore and Kristin (Dale) Robertson, both of Williamsburg; six grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and middle daughter, Wyndi Thompson.

Earley, a Master Brick Mason, retired after forty-seven years employed with Snow Jr. and King Construction. His beautiful work in Colonial Williamsburg, William & Mary and surrounding areas will be long enjoyed by many.

Earley was a very active member of Smith Memorial Baptist Church, serving as a deacon as well as in many other capacities. He is now at peace after a life well lived. Memories of Earley will forever be in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
