Fannie Lois Barnes

Fannie Lois Barnes, age 78, of Meherrin, VA, passed away on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at her home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mack T. Barnes; her parents, George and Mattie Taylor; and twelve siblings. She is survived by her son, Mack Daniel Barnes and wife, Jeanie; her daughter, Debra Barnes LeGrand and husband, Harold; two grandchildren, Billie Jo Adkins and husband, Brandon, and Randy Barnes;numerous nieces and nephews; and her faithful companion Trixie.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, March 18, 2017, at the Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, with interment to follow in the Meherrin Methodist Church Cemetery, Meherrin. The family will receive friends at the Browning-Duffer Funeral Home on Friday, March 17, 2017, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, VA, is serving the family.
