Frances King Rickmond

Frances King Rickmond, age 88, of Saxe, VA, passed away on Sunday, November 20, 2016.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil B. Rickmond, Sr.; her parents, Junious Wood and Nellie Jones King; two brothers, Samuel King and Hermon King. Frances is survived by two sons, C. B. Rickmond, Jr., and wife, Juanita of Appomattox, VA, Ted Rickmond and wife, Susan of Saxe, VA; one grandchild, Dr. Heath Rickmond and wife, Jackie of Louisville, KY; and two great-grandchildren, Ansley and Elias of Louisville, KY.
The family wishes to give a special thanks to caretakers Joann and Doug Maxwell; special friend Marion Lenhart; and to family, friends, and neighbors.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p m., Wednesday, November 23, 2016, at the Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, VA, with interment to follow in Wylliesburg Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville on Tuesday, November 22, 2016, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, VA, is in charge of arrangements.
