Frances Watson Miller

Frances Watson Miller, age 81, of Drakes Branch, VA, passed away on Saturday, November 30, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Chalmers Miller; and her daughter, Kimberly G. Miller. Frances is survived by her daughter, Angela Miller Winsor and husband, Robert; one granddaughter, Gwen Winsor Bennett and husband, Travis; one grandson, Tyler W. Winsor; and two great-granddaughters, Mia and Annabelle Bennett.

A memorial service will be held at 12 noon, Saturday, December 7, 2019, at the Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, VA. The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, Virginia is in charge of the arrangements.
