Franklin Lee "Frankie" Hicks

Franklin Lee “Frankie” Hicks, age 58, of Keysville, VA went to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, September 24, 2026. He was preceded in death by his father, Bennie Lee Hicks.

Frankie is survived by his mother, Shirley C. Hicks; five aunts; and numerous cousins.

Frankie was a devoted son and an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing. He took great care and pride in his hunting dogs.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, September 27, 2026, at Browning-Duffer Funeral Home Keysville, with interment to follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Charlotte Court House. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the funeral service. The Reverend Gordon Lee will be officiating. The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, VA is in charge of the arrangements.
