John Wesley McCall Sr.

John Wesley McCall, Sr. age 62, of Keysville, VA passed away on Thursday, February 12, 2026.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Shirley Shores McCall; and an infant brother.

John is survived by his son, John Wesley McCall, Jr. (Molly); his granddaughter, Amelia McCall; one brother, Robert McCall (Lucy); one sister, Donna Smith; a life-long friend, Bonnie Parsons; numerous nieces and nephews; and his faithful and devoted Yorkie Roxy.

John served his country in the United States Army. He worked for Charlotte County at the Keysville Recycling Center. John was a passionate radio enthusiast who went by the call sign K4DJK.

A private service will be held at a later date.
