Leo Rosser Garrett Jr.

Leo Rosser Ross Garrett, Jr. passed away Saturday, February 2, at Virginia Baptist Hospital, Lynchburg, VA. He was born March 25, 1952 in Charlotte County, VA. Ross was the son of Leo Rosser Garrett, Sr. and Harriet Purcell Garrett. He is survived by his mother, his wife, Kathy Clements Garrett, and two children, Leslie McPhail Garrett, and Kevin Rosser Garrett, both of the home. He is also survived by a stepdaughter, Mary Catherine Dallas Hodges and a step-granddaughter. One brother, Lee Vernon Garrett and his wife Sandy along with their family of Indianapolis, Indiana also survive. Ross was predeceased in death by his father, Leo Garrett, Sr.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday, Feb.6, 2013, at 2:00 P.M. at Evergreen Cemetery in Charlotte Court House, VA. The family will receive friends at Charlotte Court House United Methodist Church following the service. The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home, Keysville, VA will be handling the arrangements.
