Mary Willie Taylor Dickerson

Mary Willie Taylor Dickerson, age 99, of Randolph, VA, passed away on Saturday, January 20, 2018.

She is survived by her daughter, Judy Dickerson Hedrick and husband, John C.; her granddaughter, Paula Bell; her grandson, Robert Tuck, III and wife Janet; four great-grandchildren, Kate Mathews, Rob Tuck, Raven Tuck, and Tamra Bell; seven great-great grandchildren; her sister, Lucy Machado and husband, Mike;  her sister-in-law, Anna Taylor; special niece, Betty D. Holt; and special nephew, Carlton M. Dickerson.  Mary Willie was preceded in death by her son, J. T. Dickerson; and her husband Calvin T. Dickerson; two brothers; William Abner Taylor and Henry Marshall Taylor; and two sisters, Nellie Dickerson and Blanche Peak

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, January 24, 2018, in Rough Creek Presbyterian Church in Phenix, with interment to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, on Tuesday, January 23, 2018, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Rough Creek Presbyterian Church Building Fund or Cemetery Fund. The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, VA, is serving the family.
