Nancy Mullins Rice

Nancy Mullins Rice, age 73, of Keysville, VA, passed away on Thursday, January 16, 2014.
She is survived by a brother, Buddy Morris Mullins of Flat Woods, KY; four nieces; four nephews; four great-nieces; seven great-nephews; three great-great-nieces; and two great-great-nephews.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents Rev. Clarence P. Mullins and Elizabeth Thacker Mullins; two brothers, Paul Lee Mullins and Phillip Darrel Mullins.
A Graveside funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, January 21, 2014, in Powhatan Community Cemetery, Powhatan, VA. The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, VA, is in charge of arrangements.
