Otis F. Scott, age 78, of Saxe, Virginia, passed away on Monday, February 11, 2013. He was the son of the late Henry C. and Eva Newcomb Scott. He was a retired employee of the Virginia Department of Transportation. Otis is survived by five sisters, Ann Tharpe, Linda Mason, Charlotte Barker, Frances Green, and Kathy Scott; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, February 14, 2013, at the Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, VA, with interment to follow in the Scott Family Cemetery, Saxe, VA. Pastor Dewey Barker will be officiating the service. The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, VA, is in charge of arrangements.
