Paul Monroe Childress

Paul Monroe Childress, age 94, of Charlotte Court House, VA, passed away on Saturday, September 11, 2010. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary M. Childress. He is survived by a son, William M. Childress and his wife Penny; a granddaughter, Sherry Childress all of Fuquay-Varina, NC.
Paul was a retired farmer and a member of the Oak View Presbyterian Church.
A Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, September 14, 2010, at the Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, VA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the funeral service. Interment will follow in Oak View Presbyterian Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Charlotte County Rescue Squad, P. O. Box 330, Keysville, VA 23947. The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, VA is in charge of arrangements.
