Pauline Amos Rutledge

Pauline Amos Rutledge, 92, of Lunenburg County VA passed away peacefully on Friday, January 3, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband of 71 years, Richard Rutledge and son, Gerald Wade Rutledge; son-in-law, Ronnie Locke; brothers, Eldridge, Wade, Jimmy, and Richard Amos; sisters, Alease Tripp, Gladys Boswell, and Odell Hagaman. She is survived by daughters, Joyce “Jack” Ward and Linda Locke; grandchildren, Nicole Bruce Brown and Dana Jason Ramsey; great grandchildren; Ruby, Samantha and Will; great-great granddaughter, Natalie; brother, Doug Amos, sisters, Estelle Davis, Myrtle Cottle, Frances Palmer, Jean Haag, Nancy Richardson, and Betty Motley.

The family will receive friends at Browning-Duffer Funeral Home, Keysville, VA, Sunday, January 5th from 5 – 7 p.m. A funeral service will be held at Ledbetter Christian Church on Monday, January 6th at 2 p.m. The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, VA is in charge of arrangements.
