Peggy Philbeck Haley

Peggy Philbeck Haley, age 84, of Prince George, VA passed away on Sunday, September 27, 2026. She was born on April 5, 1942 to the late Adis and Naomi Philbeck. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Haley; a brother, Gene Philbeck; and two sisters, Ann Goodroe and Fay Langford.

Peggy is survived by her daughter, Rita Eppard and husband, Darryl; two granddaughters, Kayla Blincoe and husband, Adam, and Morgan Eppard; three great-grandsons, Elliott Blincoe, Sam Blincoe, and Miles Blincoe; a brother, Larry Philbeck and wife, Helen; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, with interment to follow in Eureka Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the funeral service. Pastor Matthew Homan will be officiating. The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, VA is in charge of arrangements.
