Ruby Clay Martin

Ruby Clay Martin, age 76, of Saxe, VA, passed away on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at her home surrounded by her family.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin “Booster” Martin; and her daughter, Teresa Martin Kaywood.

Ruby is survived by her son, Timothy Martin; her grandchildren, Dakota Kaywood, Kody Kaywood, and Kamren Kaywood; two sisters, Linda Martin and Peggy Wilmoth.

Ruby retired from Clover Yarns, she was a loving and caring person.  She will be greatly missed by all who knew her and the lives she touched.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, May 24, 2024, at Providence Presbyterian Church, Nathalie, VA, with interment to follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the Browning-Duffer Funeral Home, Keysville, VA,  on Thursday, May 23, 2024, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, VA is in charge of arrangements.
