Sarah A. Hensley

Sarah A. Hensley, age 84, of Appomattox, Virginia, having survived her beloved husband, Nealy B. Hensley, Sr., departed this life Saturday, March 28, 2020. Sarah was survived by her two sons, Nealy “John” B. Hensley, Jr., (Jane) of Chesterfield Virginia ; Clayton L. Hensley (Susan) of Amelia, Virginia; three daughters, Sarah Gail Pierce of Titusville, Florida; Carol Sue Shook (Clarence) of Ladysmith, Virginia; and Donna F. Taunton of Virginia Beach, Virginia; one sister, Loretta Lipscomb of Appomattox, Virginia;  nine grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

A private graveside funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, April 1, 2020, at the Cullen Baptist Church Cemetery, Cullen, Virginia. The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, Virginia,  is serving the family.
