Zathean Michael Walker

Zathean Michael Walker (A.K.A. Zay, Mikey, Mipay), 19, died unexpectedly December 15, 2025. He was born December 22, 2005, in Meadville, PA. Zathean was the son of Andrew P. and Darlene J. (Hutton) Walker.

Zathean worked under his father at COC General Contracting Services, LLC, as a heavy machine operator.

In his spare time, Zathean enjoyed playing games with family and friends, helping those around him, and most of all spending time with his family. Zathean was a light in this world. He had a heart of gold, a smile that lit up a room, and a laugh that brought joy to the ears. Zathean made an imprint on every life he connected with. He left a lasting footprint in this world.

Zathean was predeceased by his grandfather, Charles F. Walker, Jr. of FL.

In addition to his parents, Zathean is survived by his siblings, Zander, Zaden, Mariah and Mekenzee Walker of Rice, VA. Surviving in addition to his siblings, are the following: grandfather, Dale Jones, of S.C.; his grandparents, William and Patricia Hutton of S.C.; grandmother, Deborah Smith of PA; aunt and uncle, Ashley and Jerrod Gillette, and their children, Hailey Geer, Charlene, Brantley, Allisynn, Maverick Gillette of S.C., his aunt and uncle, Jessica Jones and David Turner, and their children, Waylan Nealis, Wyatt Jones and Whitney Turner of PA; his uncle and aunt, Michael and Ashley Walker of PA; his uncle, William and family, Joey, and Mark Hutton of S.C.; his aunt and uncle, Julie and Tom Franklin and family of S.C.; his aunt, Tina Walker of FL; his cousin, Destiny Walker and her children, Eli and Ryleigh Walker, Jeremy Cordle and David Cordle of FL; his cousin, Charles Walker, and son, Maverick of FL; his cousin, Ashley Hunter and children, Walker Hunter and Natty Vaughan of FL; and his uncle, Jonathan Walker of VA.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2025, from 12 noon to 2 p.m., at the Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, VA. The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, VA is in  charge of arrangements.
