Otis Arthur Shepard Jr.

Otis Arthur Shepard, Jr., age 79, of Cullen, VA passed away Sunday, February 12, 2012. He is survived by his wife, Barbara H. Shepard; four daughters, Caryl Harris, Sylvia Meadows, Jackie Morehouse, Heather Harding; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Otis was preceded in death by a daughter, Cheryl Harding.
He was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict and a retired Superintendant for the United States Postal Service.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a. m., Saturday, February 18, 2012, in Madisonville Presbyterian Church, Cullen, VA. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Charlotte County Rescue Squad or to Heifer International www.heifer.org/. The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, VA is in charge of the arrangements.
