To all of the Meeks family, you all have been on my mind and in my heart since I heard the news. I’m so sorry we could not be there as we were out of town. Brian, I keep thinking back to all of our camping trips and playing hide and seek at Bobby and Carols house and all the good times we had together as kids growing up. You were always laughing and smiling and playing some kind of joke on someone. And all the times we were squeezed 4 tight in the front seat of your dads ol truck. I know you’re in a much better place with Jesus now and I can’t wait to make more bon fires and play pool with you again one day. Our prayers are with all the family. We love y’all.

Words cannot express the sorrow that I feel for you all. As a mother and a wife, my heart bleeds for Sherri and Sarah. But truly for all of you. Brian was a huge influence in my Luke’s life, a mentor and a friend. This sheer number of attendees at the funeral is a true testament of the lives that Brian touched in such positive ways. Praying for God to comfort you all. James, Luke and I are here if you need anything.
