Harvey will be greatly missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. He was the kind of person who would always strike up a conversation whenever you would see him out and about. I was an electrician for many years and during his years as building inspector, he used to always tell me that he always knew when he saw a panel box in a house that I had hooked up, because it was always so neat, lol. He was a great person! Fannie, Harvey Lee and the entire family are in my thoughts and prayers. May God wrap you in His arms and give you peace and comfort during this difficult time
