Calvin Muriel Chidester, Sr., age 86, of Drakes Branch, Virginia, passed away on Friday, March 8, 2013. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ethel Chidester.
He is survived by two children, Calvin M. Chidester, Jr., of Drakes Branch, Virginia, and Virginia Marie Lucas of Radford, Virginia; and three grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, March 15, 2013, at the Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, Virginia. The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, Virginia, is in charge of arrangements.
