Charles Franklin Hudson, age 83, of Farmville, VA passed away Wednesday, December 11, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Jean P. Hudson; two daughters, Karen Long of Richmond, VA, Amy VanMeter of Raleigh, NC; three grandchildren, Sean Samford of Scott A.F.B., Campbell L. Long of Stoney Creek; Maggie VanMeter of Raleigh, NC; two sisters, Virginia Harris, Ruth Black; and two brothers; Clarence Hudson, Earl Hudson, all of Chase City, VA.
