Hixie Elizabeth Wallace Philbeck, age 93, of Williamsburg, VA, formerly of Keysville, VA, passed away on Saturday, August 2, 2014. She is survived by two sons, Roger L. Philbeck and wife, Ann of Raleigh, NC, Carey “C.P.” Philbeck and wife, Ann of Providence Forge, VA; four grandchildren, Eric Philbeck, Robert Philbeck, Mike Philbeck, and Brian Philbeck. Hixie is preceded in death by her husband, John Pierce Philbeck.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, August 6, 2014, at the Browning-Duffer Funeral Home Keysville, VA, with interment to follow in Lebanon United Methodist Church Cemetery Drakes Branch, VA. The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, VA, is in charge of arrangements.
