Wanda Mann Kelley

Wanda Mann Kelley, age 53, of Drakes Branch, VA, departed life Monday, December 8, 2014 after a long courageous battle with cancer.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Thomas Kelley; son, James Thomas Kelley of the home; daughter, Nicole Thrash of Bracey; three sisters, Della Duffie of Charlotte Court House, Josephine Lawrence Shores of Drakes Branch, Nancy Tommy Goodrich of Keysville; and brother, Scottie Tammy Mann of Wylliesburg. She is preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Lillian Mann, two brothers, James Mann of Sandy Hook, and Ronnie Mann of Boydton. She was a devoted mother, wife, sister, and friend who loved the Lord, her church family and singing hymns. She had a heart bigger than the highest mountain and faith that could not be broken. She had a good relationship with all her nieces and nephews, with Robin who has stuck by her side every step of this journey.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, December 11, 2014, in the Drakes Branch Baptist Church with interment to follow in the Lebanon United Methodist Church Cemetery, Drakes Branch, VA. The family will receive friends at the Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, VA, from 7 to 8:30 p.m., Wednesday, December 10, 2014. The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, VA, is in charge of arrangements.
