Wilson Reginald “Reggie” Foster, age 71, of Drakes Branch, VA, passed away on Tuesday, October 18, 2016. He is survived by a sister, Karen Foster Moon Whitlow; a sister-in-law, Juanita Foster; two nephews, Rodney Moon and Robert “Robbie” Foster, Jr; a niece, Annette Clowdis; two great-nephews and two great-nieces. Reggie was preceded in death by his parents, Winfred and Frances Foster and a brother, Robert “Bunny” Foster, Sr.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, October 22, 2016, at the Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, VA. The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville is in charge of the arrangements.
